Service Agreement


This Service Agreement is made between the client (referred to as 'Client') and Empire Lux Ride, located in New York, 11427.

1. Scope of Services

Empire Lux Ride agrees to provide luxury transportation services as requested by the Client, including pick-up and drop-off as specified in the reservation form.

2. Payment Terms

Empire Lux Ride primarily accepts credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Cash payments are not accepted. Payment for rides is typically processed in advance. Business accounts may request monthly invoices. The price shown upon booking is final, with no additional fees or taxes.

3. Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel the ride for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up, the Client will be charged the full amount of the ride.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the pick-up and drop-off location, timing, and number of passengers. The Client shall ensure that all passengers conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner during the ride.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Empire Lux Ride is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or flight delays. The company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the service. Clients are advised to keep all valuables in their possession during travel.
